In 2019, we embarked on our strategic planning process. This collaborative effort involving DCD’s Board of Trustees, parents, and faculty members, yielded a robust and exciting plan for our school’s future and the children and families we serve. Much of what you will see in the plan is underway and already coming to fruition.
Meet DCD's Administrative Team
There can be no great education for an individual child without a system and community around that child. Just as your families must function as a robust whole to meet the needs of each individual, so too does our school. Through this approach, we graduate students who are academically ready, but also kind and aware of the deep obligation we each hold not just to our own achievement and values, but to each other.
