My favorite thing about DCD is the people!

Before joining DCD, I spent 20 years in teaching and administrative positions at independent schools and founding two small nonprofits. In my years as an educator, I’ve remained passionate about understanding the healthy development of adolescents and have been grateful to deliver research, workshops, and presentations to students, parents, and educators in several areas, such as social-emotional learning, STEM, leadership, change making, and entrepreneurship. I feel fortunate to be in a school that values the strengths of our people, and grateful to spend time with the incredible students, faculty, and families we connect with each day!
