My favorite thing about DCD is its people, joyfulness, low ego collaboration, and laser focus on the developmental needs of kids. All that and our beautiful campus!
I’m interested in how organizations can orient themselves so that the whole is more than the sum of the parts. DCD does this, and how we make the pieces fit together is a never ending source of interest for me. Our ability to do this well is what allows us to build such a rich, diverse, inclusive, and vibrant school.
