My favorite thing about DCD is the warm and welcoming community– also all of this gorgeous greenery outside!

 I started my teaching career at the Apple Orchard School as a once a week volunteer, then moved on to Park School as a teaching apprentice. Prior to joining the DCD Community, I was at the Collegiate School in NYC as a middle school teacher and Dean.  I am excited to be a part of DCD, to continue researching, writing, teaching in the Double English classroom, and above all else, making sure everyone here is seen, heard and safe. DCD’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging inspires me every day.
