My favorite thing about DCD is the warmth and friendliness of its students, faculty, and staff.
I’ve been a full-time teacher for 20 years–first at The Northfield Mount Hermon School, then at The Park School, and now at DCD. I’m a historian by training and have always taught history and social studies. At DCD, my role as a permanent substitute involves teaching across all subjects and grades. It’s been great fun to get to know DCD’s students–from the very youngest to the oldest. I’m also finding that learning how to simplify fractions is a lot more fun as an adult.
