My favorite thing about DCD is the energy and enthusiasm that staff and families bring to the community!

I am excited to be joining the DCD community this year! Throughout my teaching career I’ve maintained a passion for literacy and love helping students unlock their reading and writing potential. For the past seven years I’ve taught in Cambridge, MA, and spent recent summers tutoring at the Carroll School. I enjoy staying active and getting outdoors, whether that’s alpine skiing in the winter, hiking in the spring or kayaking in the summer. I’m an engaged teacher who truly enjoys being a student as well. Learning is a fun and rigorous process that I am thrilled to share with my students!
