My favorite thing about DCD is the the way both tradition and progress are valued.

This is my fourth year at DCD, and what I’ve loved most about my experience so far is collaborating with my grade level team on developing new and engaging ways to bring our 3rd grade “Early America” curriculum to life. I’m so lucky to have a job where I get to continue to learn and teach about topics I find so fascinating, and hopefully get the children just as excited to learn about them!
