My favorite thing about DCD is the balance of academics, arts, and athletics and the focus on the students
I am passionate about helping students help find their joy for learning. During my years as an educator, I have worked with students from age three to high school. I began as a classroom teacher and then transitioned to be an educational therapist and learning specialist and have presented workshops about how to reach and teach students for the Northeast Association of Learning Specialists. Outside of school, I love to learn about and cook cuisines from around the world (I am a Foody after all). I also enjoy exploring local forests and trails with my rescue Beagle, Coda.
