Jennifer Williams

My favorite thing about DCD is the warm and welcoming community, the professionalism and passion of the faculty and staff, the connections that people create and maintain from their experience at DCD, and the positive spirit of participation among all constituencies.

I started my teaching career as an intern at the Park School and worked with first and third grades. After that, I taught Kindergarten at Southfield School for five years. Following that, I was a fourth grade teacher at The Chestnut Hill School where I’m currently a member of the Board of Trustees. I’m involved in many committees connected to the Needham Public Schools where my kids attend. In addition to working at DCD, I tutor elementary school students from neighboring schools and really enjoy working with students one on one. I absolutely love teaching reading at DCD and feel lucky to be a part of this wonderful community.
