Christine Holden

My favorite thing about DCD is our community. I began as a faculty member of this amazing community and now I’m also a current parent to a DCD student and recent graduate. It has been fantastic to learn even more about our community as my children grow through different grades.

I have been a classroom teacher for over twenty years in Massachusetts. Prior or joining DCD in 2009, I taught at a local parochial school and a local public school. My professional career has concentrated mainly on younger elementary students in first and second grade. I have enjoyed learning a variety of ways to integrate technology and the design process into lessons for young learners to support student success, encourage creativity, and develop new ideas.
