My favorite thing about DCD is that everyone feels welcome, and the feeling of unity when you walk the halls!

I began my career in development with a focus on annual giving and major gifts but always had a keen interest in data management. Although I loved the energy and the excitement of a golf tournament or gala, there was something I knew I liked about the data end of events. Along the way I started gaining more interest and found every opportunity I could to improve my results with better data driven information. I was able to identify important constituents to build relationships with and quickly realized I wanted to switch my focus. Horizons at DCD gives me the best of both worlds— a cause I am passionate about, people that inspire me and a role that fits my love of data!
