Prospective parents can join us for a Classroom Observation, schedule a personal tour with a member of our admissions team, connect with our head of school for Coffee and Conversation, or hop on a Zoom for an evening Virtual Learning Spotlight with our division heads and teachers.

Virtual Learning Spotlights
Learn about DCD’s program through these informative live sessions with DCD faculty members and students. DCD teachers will speak about our program, approach, and curriculum and students will share what it’s like to be a student at DCD.

DCD Connects Speaker Series
We are excited to for the resumption of the DCD Connects series, designed to bring our community together around nationally acclaimed speakers, films, and discussions on current topics related to parenting, learning, and helping children and adolescents grow.
These events are free and open to the public, and include both on-campus and virtual formats.

Lower School Diversity Consortium: A Virtual Panel Discussion
Dedham Country Day is thrilled to be a part of the Greater Boston Lower School Diversity Consortium, a group of area independent schools that have come together to connect with Black and Latinx families to help them learn all about the benefits and value of a private/independent school education. Families are invited to a panel discussion to hear firsthand from parents, alumni, and current students of independent schools. Learn more about the event and register here.

Coffee and Conversation with the Head
Connect with our Head of School, Allison Webster, and current parents to experience the inclusive culture of our learning community. What makes DCD different? How do children thrive here? What are our core beliefs in educating young children and adolescents? Through these informal conversations, we hope you will walk away with answers to all these questions!
