An exhibit of works by DCD faculty members Gerry Clifford and Duane Claussen and selected students opened to the public on Thursday evening, April 11, at the Dedham Square Artist Guild (DSAG), located in Dedham Square.
The show continues through April 18. Gallery hours are Wednesday, 12-6, Thursday, 12-8, Friday–Saturday, 12-6, Sunday, 11-3.
This was the first public exhibit of student work at the gallery. Many of the student pieces being shown were also award winners at the recent SISAL (Small Independent School Art League) show held earlier this month at the Carroll School in Lincoln.
These and other works will be shown during DCD’s Gallery Week April 22–26. A reception will be held on Thursday, April 25, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Student presentations will begin at approximately 7:15 p.m. Light refreshments and cool jazz will be served.
