In the 6th grade Science Mini-term, students are deeply engrossed in a study of the human brain. After an anatomical investigation of the vital organ, students broke into groups and began work on a series of projects, research, and experimentation, exploring brainy topics such as dreams, memory, optical illusions, and Alzheimer’s disease. At the end of the week, students showcase their work to their peers in a variety of forms, including research presentations, demonstrations, informative videos, and entertaining skits.
