Donna Felix

About

Donna is currently the Chief of Staff and Head of Special Projects at Mother Caroline Academy. Prior to her current role at Mother Caroline Academy, Donna’s career was in healthcare IT and project management with over 17 years of experience in healthcare information management, electronic healthcare systems, data privacy and managing enterprise-wide projects for such organizations as Children’s Hospital Boston and Mass General Brigham. At Dedham Country Day, Donna currently volunteers as an Admissions Ambassador and as a co-lead for the DCD Families of Color Affinity Space where she is actively involved in building a sense of community and belonging at DCD. Donna served as Secretary and Treasurer of the DCD Parent Association during the 2021-2023 academic years and was also a participant of the parent SEED (Seeking Education Equity and Diversity) group for the 2019-2020 academic year. Outside of her volunteer work at DCD, Donna supports many non-profit organizations such as Crossroad Continuum in Marlborough, MA and her local youth sport organizations in Stoughton, MA.

Education

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Information Administration and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics from Northeastern University.
