My favorite thing about DCD is the value placed on relationships of mutual respect between and among faculty and students.

I’ve been teaching full time at DCD since 2005 in social studies, English, and Arts. The most exciting areas for me remain teaching Shakespeare to eighth-graders, and responding to current events in our complex society with my students in real-time. A goal of mine is to make sure I’m equally comfortable examining our culture and literature in the past, the present, and the future.
