My favorite thing about DCD is the many interests and talents that my students bring to their learning.

I joined the DCD community as an interim science teacher after a hiatus from teaching. I missed it terribly!  In 30+ years in education, I’ve primarily taught Middle School science, but also worked as an instructional coach and in teacher training. 28 of those years were at Shady Hill School. I love puzzling over how kids learn and seeing my students delight in making sense of the world. I live in Maynard with my husband and my dog. My two kids have flown the coop.
