My favorite thing about DCD is that I have the opportunity to be a role model and mentor for an amazing group of young people!

I have a great interest in DEI work as it pertains to all things at DCD. Working for the YMCA of Greater Boston, I’ve had the opportunity to serve many different communities over the last ten years. On April 13th of 2021, I was the first Black person elected to serve on Needham’s Select Board in the town’s 310 year history.
