My favorite thing about DCD is the strong culture that has been created throughout the years.

I started my career in Human Resources and have worked in many industries, including Theme Parks, Hospitality, Life Sciences, and have been in Education at DCD since 2013. I enjoy managing the life cycle of all our Faculty & Staff while making sure they feel heard, well cared for, and appreciated.
