My favorite thing about DCD is working and learning with so many wonderful colleagues and students

Early in my career at DCD a parent said to me, “Caroline, you have found your calling.” I had never thought of my teaching as a calling, but all of these years later, spending my days with 4 & 5 years old feels like the only path I could imagine! At DCD I have worn many hats: Pre-K teacher, art teacher, science teacher, parent, AISNE Accreditation Coordinator, faculty/ trustee liaison, and more committee assignments that I can remember! Each experience has added an important layer of understanding and perspective to my time at DCD.
