Delivering their lines in an English accent, the cast of the Grade 4 play had the audience wondering if they came all the way across the sea to perform in Ms. Sidoli’s adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens story of Oliver Twist.

In two performances in the Lowell Center on December 12 and 13, the cast of 29 displayed an incredible range of acting abilities. Parker Collins played the role of robber Bill Sykes and Chris Gainey was the orphan Oliver.

The play was directed by Elisa Sidoli with music by Duane Claussen and Valerie Snow and assistance from Jane Rothwell and the Fourth Grade teachers Kelly Kennedy and Nancy McDonnell.
