Shaquanna Brown
About
Shaquanna is an agile and project management professional with over 15 years of experience managing web and digital programs for business ranging from e-commerce, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and more. She has experience with agile-at-scale transformations, and is passionate about helping teams increase value creation, maximize productivity, and sustain a thriving culture. Currently, she is an Agile Coach within McKinsey & Co’s technology and digital group, where she coaches teams and leaders on a variety of topics, such as agile values and principles, design thinking, lean, and more– with the ultimate goal of increasing the teams’ organizational agility and capacity for innovation.
At Dedham Country Day, Shaquanna currently volunteers on the Anti-Racist Parent Learning Group’s planning committee and was a participant of the parent SEED (Seeking Education Equity and Diversity) group for the 2019-2020 academic year. Shaquanna also serves on her church’s leadership team, where she is actively involved in setting strategic decisions and engaging in problem-solving discussions. Additionally, in 2018 she co-founded Randolph Runners, a social running group in her town through which she organizes an annual fundraiser for the local food pantry as well as partners with the Randolph Intergenerational Community Center and Girls on the Run, Inc to introduce running to young girls.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and an MBA from Simmons University.
Shaquanna and her husband Devareaux Brown have two children, Sophia (DCD ‘28) and Noah.
