Board of Trustees: Faculty Rep.
Becca Levi
About
Becca began her formal journey as a teacher in 2012 when she enrolled at Columbia University for an MA in Arts Education. Before coming to DCD, Becca worked at a small K-8 independent school on the coast of Maine, in Boston Public Schools, for the Eliot School of Fine & Applied Arts, and for BB&N Lower School. In addition to running our PK-8 Woodworking program at DCD, she is a co-facilitator of the Social Justice Affinity space, SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) participant, and a Soccer Coach.
Being the daughter of a renowned Boston architect and a veteran teacher/administrator, she has been inspired by the power of both design and education throughout her life. Becca has a fierce curiosity for all things natural and a passion for woodworking, farming, and outdoor sports, all of which she aims to weave into her connections with students at DCD.
