Ashley Shih

About

Ashley has spent the majority of his professional career helping companies and organizations grow and improve. He is the founder of Fulcrum Consulting Group, a consulting firm advising private equity and corporate clients in strategy, growth, and market due diligence. Ashley has over 25 years of experience as a strategy consultant and investment professional and was previously with Harbour Group (private equity), Boston Consulting Group, and Amoco Oil Company (engineering). At DCD, Ashley and his wife Linda have been class parents, annual fund ambassadors, and annual fund co-chairs. Ashley joined the Finance Committee in 2017 and most recently served as Treasurer and Chair of Finance Committee. Ashley formally joined the Board in 2018 where he has also been involved in the Advancement Committee and DEIB Task Force. Ashley also serves as a trustee of Concord Academy. Ashley and Linda reside in Natick, Mass., and have four children: Emily (DCD ’17), Amanda (DCD ’17), Caroline (DCD ’21), and David (DCD ’25).

Education

Ashley holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a B.S. and M.S. in chemical engineering from MIT.
