Shop and Give

Give to DCD While You Shop!

Now you can give back to DCD while getting your holiday shopping done, with two new fundraising programs: AmazonSmile and Scrip.

Scrip

Scrip are gift cards, including e-cards, to major stores that give a rebate from each gift card purchase back to DCD. With cards from more than 300 of the country's biggest brands, including Gap, Shaw's, Home Depot, and Whole Foods, you can shop at your favorite stores, and DCD earns money with each purchase.

How do I get started?
  1. To place a scrip order, you need to create a ShopWithScrip account. Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and click on the "Register" button at the top of the page.
  2. Next, click "Join a Scrip Program." This is where you will enter DCD's unique enrollment code: CLLEB71842845. This code allows the ShopWithScrip system to link your account activity with DCD so that our school receives the rebate from your purchase.
  3. Next, fill in all the required information and click “Register.”
Once you've registered, it's easy to find what you want using these shopwithscrip features:
  • Shop Tab: Looking for a gift? Not sure what’s available? Click “Shop” at the top of the page and use this feature to sort products and browse by category, card type, or rebate percentage.
  • Express Order: Know exactly what you want? Quickly add the items to your cart using this feature.
  • Shopping Lists: Order the same products each week? Add these items to a shopping list for easy ordering, then set reminders so you get an email when it’s time to place another order.
How do I pay?
There are two ways to pay for your order. After ordering your gift card online at www.shopwithscrip.com, simply write a check to DCD for the amount you purchased, or if you are a current DCD parent, you may e-mail Miriam Stulin if you prefer that we bill your student account. Orders will be placed every Friday, so you must get your orders in by Thursday. Your gift cards will be distributed within 3 to 5 days.

Amazon Smile

AmazonSmile is a simple and automatic way for you to support DCD every time you shop, at no cost to you. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection, and convenient shopping experience as you do on Amazon.com, with the added bonus that the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price from your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to DCD.

How do I shop at AmazonSmile?
To shop at AmazonSmile, simply go to smile.amazon.com from the web browser on your computer or mobile device. On your first visit to AmazonSmile, select DCD from among the charitable organizations listed before you begin shopping. Then every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.com will result in a donation to DCD!

Which products on AmazonSmile are eligible for charitable donations?
Tens of millions of products on AmazonSmile are eligible for donations. You will see eligible products marked “Eligible for AmazonSmile donation” on their product detail pages.

Can I use my existing Amazon.com account on AmazonSmile?
You can use the same account on Amazon.com and AmazonSmile. Your shopping cart, wish list, wedding or baby registry, and other account settings are also the same.
