Faculty

Sue Sherman

Lower School Language Arts Coordinator and Reading Specialist

My favorite thing about DCD is its caring community and commitment to excellence.

I have had a variety of professional experiences, teaching in both public and independent schools, including five years as the first Lower School Head at The Rashi School. After being a classroom teacher and administrator for many years, I returned to my original background as a reading specialist. I continue to teach because of my love for the students.
