COVID Vaccine Clinic for DCD Students and Siblings (age 5-11)

We are thrilled to provide this opportunity for COVID vaccinations on campus for DCD students and their siblings (ages 5-11). A sign-up link will be sent from CVS and registration must be completed by Wed., Nov. 17.
Families are also welcome to have their students vaccinated before November 19 through another health care provider. As always, please contact the Health Office at health@dcds.net with any questions or for more information.
